EMSAH Honours Scholarships for Singaporean Students

The University of Queensland Faculty of Arts and the School of English Media Studies and Art History (EMSAH) Honours Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic excellence to outstanding Singaporean students commencing the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) program.

Applications are open to current final-year Singaporean students or recent Singaporean graduates (within the last two years) of the Bachelor of Arts program at UQ, who have completed a single or double major in the School of English, Media Studies and Art History.
In addition, students must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 5.0 for advanced level courses in the relevant major.
Applications may be considered from exceptional students from other institutions who meet the equivalent entry requirements for the UQ BA (Hons) program in EMSAH.   The deadline for applying for the scholarship is 31 October for commencement in Semester 1 and 05 May for commencement in Semester 2.

Should you wish to be considered, please email Ms Olga Chaourova (o.chaourova@uq.edu.au), stating that you are applying for an EMSAH Honours Scholarship for Singaporean Students and including the following information:
- brief outline of the area in which you hope to study, and the name of the EMSAH staff member with whom you have discussed supervision
- ID number allocated by International Education Directorate when you lodge your application for admission to the Honours program.
